No fim de semana anterior tive a oportunidade de experimentar alguns destes exercícios com os alunos no evento SwáSthya Weekend.
Nalguns exercícios adiantados poderão coordenar o ritmos da respiração através do contato com as costas. É absolutamente sensorial.
As técnicas em dupla aumentam a sensibilidade, já que fazem o praticante desenvolver a consciência corporal, não apenas a própria, mas a consciência dos limites do outro também.Fiz uma reedição do artigo. Agora com notas adicionais. Lets do this!

In the previous weekend I had the opportunity to try some of these exercises with the students in SwáSthya Weekend event.
In some advanced exercises both can coordinate the rhythm of the breathing trough the contact with the back. It is absolutely sensorial.
The techniques in pairs increases sensibility, it develops body awareness in the practitioner, not just their own, but the awareness of other’s boundaries as well.

No dia 25 e 26 de abril todos os caminhos vão dar à cidade histórica de Vila Viçosa, Hotel Solar dos Mascarenhas. Este ano e na 3ª edição do SwáSthya Weekend, organizado pelo Espaço SwáSthya Laranjeiras em Lisboa, vão ter a oportunidade de, entre outras atividades, fazer ÁSANA EM DUPLA.
Este tipo de prática desenvolve a interacção entre os praticantes e, de forma notória, a flexibilidade e a força de cada um.

On 25 and 26 April all roads lead to the historic city of Vila Viçosa, Hotel Solar dos Mascarenhas. This year and at the 3rd SwáSthya Weekend, organized by Espaço SwáSthya Laranjeiras in Lisbon, you’ll have the opportunity to, among other activities, perform asana in pairs.
This type of practice develops the interaction between practitioners and, most notably, the flexibility and the strength of each.
